Personal Success: It’s Not How You Act, It’s How You Think!

Did you know, that we can change our behavior by changing the way we think?

I think it’s safe to say that every expert devoted to the study of success and personal development believes that changing the way we think is the key to becoming successful.

You’ve head thousand times: you become what you think about. And the thoughts you use become self-fulfilling prophecies. Ever wonder why?

I think I finally understand why the idea is truth – it’s a simple logic. Here we go: the actions you take every day create the results of your life. And since every action you take has been preceded by a thought, what you focus on

reality does drive your reality.

Expand your thinking

You will never go higher than your thinking. It means that a human being will never act in a way bigger than its thoughts. Dream big and your behavior will follow. Think small and you’ll play small.

Good things happen to good people

Think that people are good and you walk through your days with an open heart. And that behavior actually becomes your reality, because people do good things to good people.

Think that you deserve the best  and your actions will reflect this confidence. Better actions will drive better results. Expect to be one of the great ones in your career or within your country.

This brilliant thinking shapes the way you act, work and the way you show up in general.

Summary

Your thoughts shape your reality. Your thinking forms your world. What you focus on expands. And what you dwell on determines your destiny.

Action Items:

1. Since you become what you think about most of the time, identify one or more areas of your life where your thinking has a major impact on your emotions, attitudes and actions.

2. Describe in written form three examples where your thoughts have led to negative/positive emotions and consequently to negative/positive actions.
